What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
As an OEM factory, we support trail orders for testing. For wholesale, the MOQ ranges from 500-2000pcs depending on the model. We also have select models available for drop-shipping with no minimum quantity limits.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major payment methods, including T/T, Western Union, Trade Assurance, PayPal, Credit Card, and L/C.
What certifications do your products hold?

What is the typical delivery time?
Standard shipping takes 3-8 days. For customized products or large container orders, the delivery time is approximately 7-15 days. Shipping is available via air, sea, or delivery to your China-based forwarder.

Yes, we welcome OEM customization. We can include your logo on the product hardware, stickers, startup screens, and packaging. Our design team is available to assist with this process.
