The Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) is the central component of the water cooling system, responsible for efficiently distributing the cooling medium to meet the cooling needs of various applications. It ensures the system operates stably by incorporating additional monitoring and support devices. The CDU on the secondary side of the heat exchange unit is primarily used for controlling heat exchange in liquid cooling heat sink systems.
This advanced system includes a frequency conversion circulating pump, plate heat exchanger, electric control valve, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, filter, expansion tank, flow meter, and online liquid replenishment function. It is pre-installed and tested at the factory to ensure reliability and performance.

Innovative Design: The CDU enhances efficiency and dependability by utilizing six channels that link the main pipeline to the secondary water separator, eliminating installation errors using high-quality clamps and rubber hoses.
Stable Operation: Featuring multi-stage centrifugal pumps for circulating industrial water, the system ensures a smooth flow. An integrated expansion tank compensates for temperature fluctuations to maintain consistent pressure levels.
Advanced Protection: To prevent oxidation, corrosion, and cavitation, an automatic air vent valve promptly eliminates non-condensable gases. A standard 150μm filter preserves coolant quality throughout the system's operation.
