This small medical waste microwave sterilization and disinfection integrated machine adopts microwave irradiation and saturated steam synergistic disinfection technology, combining microwave thermal, non-thermal and comprehensive effects to kill pathogens thoroughly. Operating at 2.450±0.01GHz, it enables rapid and uniform heating of medical waste inside and out, with a bacterial inactivation rate of ≥8log10 and sterilization rate over 99.99%.

The whole process from crushing, heating, sterilization to discharging is fully sealed, effectively preventing secondary pollution. Its closed crushing mechanism with high-strength alloy steel blades crushes medical waste into 20mm particles.

The collected medical waste is loaded into the sterilization chamber. The equipment is activated, and the medical waste is shredded into flocculent particles by high-speed rotating blades inside the chamber. During the shredding process, high-temperature steam is injected into the sterilization chamber. Simultaneously, a microwave generator irradiates the waste with microwaves.

Exhaust gas is treated through a negative pressure induced draft system, which includes primary filtration, high-efficiency filtration, activated carbon filtration, and UV photolysis, ensuring emissions meet regulatory standards.
