10/20/30/50/100/150/200/500m3/Day Eco-Friendly Sewage Treatment Equipment for Hospital/Medical/Clinical/Clinic Wastewater Treatment

Product Description

Integrated Sewage Treatment Plant
An integrated sewage treatment system is a pre-engineered wastewater solution developed to simplify sewage treatment for small to medium-scale projects. By integrating key treatment units into one compact structure, the system minimizes on-site construction work and shortens project delivery time, offering a practical alternative to traditional large civil treatment plants.
This type of equipment is suitable for treating domestic sewage and similar wastewater generated from residential areas, commercial buildings, medical facilities, industrial sites, and rural locations where centralized treatment infrastructure is limited. Through a stable biological treatment process, pollutants such as organic matter and suspended solids are effectively reduced, allowing treated water to comply with required discharge standards.

Key Advantages & Features
1

Compact Integrated Structure

All treatment units are assembled into a single system, reducing space requirements and simplifying installation. Ideal for projects with limited site conditions.

2

High Treatment Efficiency

Effectively removes organic pollutants, suspended solids, and nitrogen compounds, ensuring treated water meets discharge or reuse standards consistently.

3

Automated Smart Control

Incorporates an automated control solution that manages core equipment and process coordination, reducing dependence on manual labor and risk of human error.

4

MBBR Enhanced Biofilm Technology

Biofilm carriers provide a large surface area for microbial growth, increasing system stability and resistance to load fluctuations.

5

Low-Noise & Eco-Friendly

Enclosed operation limits odor diffusion and low-noise mechanical components minimize environmental disturbance near residential areas.

Sewage Treatment Process (AAO + MBR)
The system adopts an advanced AAO + MBR treatment process. Wastewater first enters the regulating tank for balancing, then flows into the Anaerobic tank for phosphorus removal. In the Anoxic tank, denitrification removes nitrogen compounds. The Aerobic tank then decomposes organic pollutants through continuous aeration.
Following biological treatment, the MBR membrane tank performs high-precision solid-liquid separation. Compared to traditional systems, MBR technology provides superior effluent quality and a more compact footprint. Finally, treated water is disinfected (UV or chemical) to meet safety standards for reuse or discharge.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the main benefits of an integrated sewage system compared to traditional plants?
The integrated design significantly reduces on-site civil construction, occupies less space, and shortens the project delivery timeline through factory pre-assembly.
Can the equipment be installed underground?
Yes, the system is highly flexible and can be installed above ground, underground, or in a containerized format depending on site requirements.
How does the MBR technology improve water quality?
MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) uses advanced filtration to perform solid-liquid separation, effectively removing bacteria and suspended solids more efficiently than traditional sedimentation.
Is the system difficult to maintain?
No, the system features PLC automatic control and smart monitoring, which reduces the need for manual operation and simplifies daily maintenance.
What materials are used for the equipment?
Depending on the project needs and environment, the equipment is typically manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, or high-strength fiberglass.
Is the treated water safe for reuse?
Yes, after passing through the AAO+MBR process and final disinfection (such as UV sterilization), the water can meet local standards for irrigation, landscaping, or flushing.
