No, we assemble everything completely before delivery. Once received, simply follow the user manual to plug in the power and start the computers to play.
What is included in the 15-month warranty?
We offer a 15-month super warranty. If a hardware part fails, we send the replacement via fast courier (DHL) immediately without waiting for repairs. Software issues are resolved remotely via Team Viewer.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and lead time?
The minimum order is 1 unit. Production typically takes 15 days after receiving the initial deposit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Credit Cards, E-checking, and L/C (Letter of Credit).
How is the equipment shipped?
Goods can be shipped by sea or air. We provide comprehensive shipping services including CIF (to destination port) and DDP (door-to-door) options.
