Sewage Treatment Process

Process Diagram

The wastewater first enters the equalization tank, where water quality and flow are balanced. After equalization, it flows into the anaerobic and anoxic zones for organic decomposition and nitrogen removal. The subsequent aerobic tank with MBBR bio-media provides a large surface area for microbial growth. The MBR membrane section then separates activated sludge and treated water through membrane filtration. Finally, treated water enters the clean water tank for disinfection before discharge.
