Qualified raw material water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump. In the condenser, each effect preheater is heated by secondary steam, distilled water, and condensate. It then enters the first effect evaporator through a distributor jet, forming a film flow on the inner wall of the heated tube, where it is vaporized by industrial steam.
The secondary steam produced enters the next effect for heating, repeating the process. Pure steam converges in the condenser for cooling, excluding non-condensable gases to produce high-quality water for injection with online conductivity detection.
| Advantage Category | Our Solution | Common Manufacturers | Key Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy Saving | 6-effect model with 0L/h cooling water; 30% lower energy consumption. | Most require external cooling water; low water utilization. | Significantly lower annual operating costs. |
| Quality Compliance | Meets CP/USP/EP; SUS316L material; Ra<0.38μm polishing. | Often only meets basic standards; surface roughness Ra>0.5μm. | Higher cleanliness, easier GMP/FDA validation. |
| Intelligence | Siemens PLC fully automatic; SCADA/remote monitoring support. | Simple domestic PLC; weak data traceability. | Better expandability and operational safety. |
| Structure | 3D modular + vertical tube; zero dead corners; imported welding. | Average compactness; more maintenance blind areas. | Lower failure rate and longer service life. |
