The kiln wall infrared scanning thermometer (kiln wall scanner) is a high-speed optical-mechanical scanning thermometer. The instrument can scan and measure temperature at a high speed of 20-50 lines per second within a 45°-110° field of view. After the kiln rotates one circle, the thermal image of the 3D simulated kiln wall temperature is output.
The equipment can continuously monitor the surface temperature of the kiln wall in real time for a long time, and indirectly master the situation of brick drop and ring formation in the kiln, so that effective measures can be taken in time to prevent damage to the kiln lining, improve operation rates, and ensure economical operation.
