The 13.5-meter Aerial Work Vehicle is built on the renowned Jiefang Tiger V chassis. With a wheelbase of 2800mm, it offers excellent stability during both driving and operation. Powered by a Quanchai 95-horsepower engine compliant with the strict National VI emission standard, it ensures not only sufficient power but also environmental-friendliness. The Wanliyang five-speed gearbox, combined with 6.50R16 steel-wire tires, provides smooth transmission and reliable grip, adapting to various road conditions. Additionally, features like original air-conditioning, power-assisted steering, air brakes, electric windows, and central control locks enhance the driving comfort and convenience.
The boom of this aerial work vehicle is crafted from low-alloy Q345 profile, featuring a quadrilateral cross-section. This design not only gives it an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also significantly increases its load-bearing capacity and structural strength. The three-section folding-arm design allows for a maximum working height of 13.5m. When reaching the maximum working height, the working amplitude can be 2m, while the maximum working amplitude reaches 5.8m. The boom's undulating angle ranges from 0° to 70° relative to the horizontal plane, enabling it to access a wide variety of high-altitude work areas.
The turntable of the vehicle can rotate 360° bidirectionally, equipped with an advanced worm-gear-type reduction mechanism. This mechanism features self-lubrication and a self-locking function, ensuring the stability of the boom during operation. The working platform adopts mechanical leveling, which is more stable and reliable. The platform's rated load is 200kg, providing a spacious and secure working area. Moreover, the vehicle is equipped with two sets of operating systems, one on the working bucket and the other on the turntable. The upper-car operation uses a throttle valve to achieve stepless speed regulation, allowing for precise control of movement.
Safety is a top priority. The chassis hydraulic outrigger balance system is standard-equipped with bidirectional hydraulic locks, and the working arm cylinders are equipped with bidirectional balance valves. These valves effectively prevent sudden movement, ensuring vehicle stability. The H-type outriggers have a large span, enhancing overall stability. They can be extended and retracted independently or in combination. The rear outriggers are fitted with warning flashlights to alert surrounding people and vehicles. In addition, the outriggers and the working arm are interlocked to prevent misoperation.
This vehicle has a wide range of applications in urban construction, repairing street lights, maintaining high-rise building facades, and installing outdoor advertising. In the power industry, it is ideal for grid maintenance and inspection. In landscaping, it assists in trimming tall trees. Its versatility improves work efficiency and reduces labor intensity across various high-altitude operation scenarios.
The boom has a maximum lifting mass of 900Kg. The telescopic system has a length of 1m, with a maximum lifting height of 6.4m and a maximum lifting amplitude of 5.2m. This allows for the transportation of both operators and tools to the work site, reducing trips and meeting the needs of diverse maintenance projects.
