Working Principle
Qualified raw material water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump. It is heated in the condenser and preheaters by secondary steam, distilled water, and condensate. Upon entering the evaporator, the water forms a film flow on heated tubes and vaporizes. The secondary steam is separated and used for the next heating stage, while non-evaporated water repeats the process. The final product undergoes online conductivity detection to ensure only high-quality water for injection is collected.
