Multi-effect distilled water machine working principle:
Qualified raw material water is pressurized by multi-stage pump, first in the condenser, each effect preheater is heated by the secondary steam, distilled water and condensate, and then into the first effect evaporator, through the distributor jet in the inner wall of the heated tube into a film flow, and is heated by industrial steam vaporization. Produced by the steam separation of the secondary steam, pure steam into the next effect for heating steam, not evaporated raw material water also into the next effect to repeat the process.
