Equipment Operation Principle
Qualified raw water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump, entering the pipeline condenser to utilize waste heat. It then passes through multiple preheaters before entering the evaporator, where it is sprayed into heating tubes via a water distributor. The water flows in a film status and is vaporized by industrial steam. Secondary steam generated enters a steam-water separation device, undergoing three-stage separation to become ultra-pure steam.
