Equipment Operation Principle

Qualified raw water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump and enters the pipeline condenser to utilize waste heat. It then proceeds through a series of preheaters before reaching the evaporator. The water is sprayed in a film status onto the heating tube walls, where it is vaporized by industrial steam.

The resulting secondary steam passes through a three-stage separation device to remove water droplets, culminating in the production of ultra-pure steam.
